💗 About the Founder

“This idea was born from love, loss, and the hope that no one has to feel alone again.”

Meet Laura Pilecka

Hi, I’m Laura — a dreamer, a creator, and someone who has always felt deeply connected to people’s inner worlds.

For years, I worked as a reablement support worker, helping individuals with mental health challenges regain strength and independence. I’ve seen what burnout looks like. I’ve felt the silence of someone who’s hurting but too afraid to speak.

And I’ve also felt something else: the quiet call to do something about it.

Why K.Nest?

I’ve loved K-pop for years, but I’ve also seen its darker side. The pressure. The silence. The goodbyes that came too soon.
This retreat was never about creating something glamorous. It was about creating something necessary.

A place where artists — not just performers — can rest, be heard, and find their way back to themselves.

Why Me?

I’m not a giant company. I’m one person who cares enough to try.
I believe in emotional safety, in nature, in kindness, and in real action.
K.Nest – Aurora may have started as my dream, but I hope it becomes a home for many.

Because even the brightest stars need somewhere soft to fall.

"The world is already full of noise. Let’s build something gentle instead."

If you’ve read this far, thank you.
You’re not just exploring a project — you’re witnessing the beginning of something that could save lives.

I don’t have a big corporation behind me. Just a heart full of fire, and a belief that we can make things better — not only for idols, but for everyone who watches them and feels deeply when they fall.

There are enough horror stories in the world. I’d like to create a beautiful one.

With love,
Laura Pilecka
